Looking ahead, Harbor Moving is focused on a few clear goals:
-
Technology Upgrades: Launching a new mobile app for booking, payments, and customer support.
-
Training Programs: Expanding employee training for safe handling of high-value and specialty items.
-
Community Support: Partnering with local charities to offer discounted or free moves for families in need.
-
Franchise Model: Exploring options to license the Harbor Moving approach to other small operators across the U.S.
